On december 28, 1998 around 2:00PM I received a page from Joe in dispatch. I returned his call and agreed to run a special from Express Cargo next door to Roanoke, VA I turned the paper work in the next evening to Joe. Ther was allegedly no assistant there to give me a receipt. To my shock when I asked where the pay was in my check approx. 2 weeks later. Tim, the dispatch manager asked me if I had a copy of the paper work. I asked joe the next day, and he aknowledged that he remembered me doing the run. I have been trying to get paid ever since. Joe changed his recollection of me a few days later when I asked him again. I am still owed 260.00 plus Intrest for a 270 mile run.
