Unified Services took my check information and refused to cancel the check after i advised them i was reading that they were a scam the guy started using profanity ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
a company unified services called me on 8/27/2007 at 6:00pm,
the representative did not identify hisself just i was on a list to receive a $1,000.00 free shopping spree this is not a gimmick he says, listen for $1.95 you get a free shopping spree plus a 3day 2 night trip included, all that we ask is that you tell all your friends of what a good time you had and when they ask you how did you get the trip refer them to unified services, okay..also as a bonus we are going to throw in 3 addtional bonuses and all you pay is $1.95 okay sounds good, I started asking questions of where did get my name and phone number, the guy said off a mailing list, he sounded nervous and that he was in a hurry to get everything in regarding the deal
so i said ok, he said i need your checking information, I gave him my checking checking account information he enphasized make sure you write on the check unified services and spelled it out then said for confirmation i am going to transfer you to my supervisor but he didnt transfer me a lady came to the phone never gave a name said i am the supervisor i began to feel like this was a scam so i asked her how do i shop she said on line i asked what kind of items sd household clothes etc she seem to be studering at this point but i was trying to keep her on the phone until i could pull up the information on my computer well, there it was the name of the company and listed as fraud, i then said to the lady do not run my check please delete all the information now and i terminated the call as soon as i hung up the guy calls back and said what is the problem why did you cancel your check i told him i see the article on ripoffreport.com
he immediately starts yelling to the top of his lungs i yelled and said do not put my check thru he replied i am going to i will , i hung up and called my bank, advised them of what happend..
this is my first and last time giving any of my credit information out to anyone, and thanks for ripoffreport.com

I was totally disgusted when I read Mechelle ( an employee from Unified Srv's) response to a complaint posted on 8/27/07. All she did was try to promote this company by posting all they have to offer and giving quotes. It made me sick when I read this. This people are scam artist's. I hope they get caught soon before anyone else becomes a victim of these thieves!!
