unified windows & roofing roof had leaked, called to have repair, still not fixed after more than a week hempstead, New York
had roof put in last september 2010, came home from vacation 8-16-2011, found roof had leaked after heavy rains that occured sunday 8-14-2011, called unified 8-17-2011. was told someone would come out to see about roof.
sunday 8-21 exactly at 6PM, two men showed up wanting to fix roof. I told them not on sunday and when I called company next day, Monday, stating that they are suppose to call me before anyone shows up. I would not allow anyone in my home without first being notified. I have called from that time until now and was told someone would come out, to date no one has shown up. was told today 8-26-2011 by gina someone named jamie would be here between 6-6:30PM. to date no one.we are expecting hurricane this week and the worst the roof will get. they are a crummy company and I will never again do business with them. this was not my first time dealing with them, but it will be the last since they do not honor their warranty.
