uniformdiscount.com don't expect a reply mentor, Ohio
I ordered a sphygmomanometer and stethescope online from uniformdiscount.com in July. When i received my order, the sphygmomanometer was not with the bp cuff as was advertised.
I have called the inquiries number 4 times, and emailed the support line as many times. I have yet to receive one reply to any of my inquiries. When you call you will get the message"our call volume is very heavy at this time, but if you leave your name and phone number, we will get back to you" They never have in3 months. I've never received any return emails either. The sad part of the whole thing is that a company would ruin it's reputation over a $20.00 sphygnomanometer, but consumers have to protect one another or the robbers get rich by getting money for nothing.
