We moved directly from one state to another, no stop along the way.  So the boxes never left the truck.  The movers seemed ok at first then upon our family unpacking we realized that boxes were missing.  Unfortunately, for many reasons, we did not unpack all our belongings for a number of months.  Upon realizing items were missing we contacted the moving company.  Unfortunately, they will not do anything about it.  I was not looking for money from them as the items that were stolen were my grandmothers glassware.  It was more sentimental than anything.  So my memories were stolen from me and the company could care less.  There is no repercussion to the men who moved my family.  In short, the movers are thieves and the company doesnt care.  Dont trust them and if you do use them be sure to check EVERYTHING.  Sadly, they cannot be trusted.
