It has been one year and four months since this nightmare started in my life. I attented a Grants Conference the one that travels around the country a few times during the year. They are very smooth talkers and had myself and quite a few others believing that they were going to help us start a business on the web. They said you didn't need to be computer smart because they helped you from start to finish. They are so slick.
When they get through with you you don't even know who you are dealing with. I thought Unim Web Services was the company I was dealing with and it turns out to be unim who takes the first $129.00. Then they tell you you have to come back on another day for the second half of the rip off.
At the second meeting they set you up for the Merchant account and do a lot of double talking and right out lying. They offer a merchant for a $49.00 a month fee or you can purchase it for $1000.00 and own the account. What a joke.
I feel like a real fool because I believed I owned a merchant account. Paid &1000.00. Calling them did no good, all they would say was read your manual. The site never looked right nor did the merchant gateway ever work. I never made a red cent.
The only thing that worked right was them being able to bill my bank account each and every month. $29.95 for the hosting,$20.00 for the merchant service fees and $10.00 sometimes $20.00 for the gateway fees.
I tried talking to them several times at three different numbers half the time not knowing who I was talking to. I'd call one number they would tell me I had to call another who would yet send me to another.
The site never generated customers as they said it would. They were suppose to list the site with all the top search engines never happened. I could go on and on about the rude non caring treatment that I was put through, the mistakes they made with my bank causing a bank overdraft. But what I would like to do is find others who feel something should be done, about getting our money back and stopping them from doing this to anybody else. If you would like to do something please contact me and lets get a class action suit going against them.

I purchased the unim web site package too, & cant get in to change anything on my web site. already my bank account has been over draft. I have called them several times trying to get in the web center to make some changes, all they do is mail me out my user name & password. But no matter how I try I cant get into the correct place to do what I need to do. Therefore I am beginning to think I have been riped off too. I would like to sue them also. perhaps with enough of us we can do this. Monday I will close out my checking account, call Better Business & get some info on what else I can do. Also I too purchase the merchant account for $299.00 & $20 monthly fees.

I have read the comments by Jason in Florida regarding the worldwide ripoff by UNIMWEB-IrvineWebworks referred by National Grants Conference. Everything he said was the exact thing that happened to me.
I enrolled in everything that was offered, what a fool I feel like now. I have left several messages with Unimweb, National Grants Conference, Power 2000, and Innovative Merchants, none of them have responded to any of my calls.
I invested over 4,000 dollars to all these companies as well as purchased the real estate Investors suite. I am so angry about the matter and I am asking that we all get together and file a class action suit against these companies for falsifying the advertisement of their products in lieu of a fee, and in fact they knew it was nothing but a rip-off.
They made it seem so easy to do but what really pisses me off is the fact that when you call them for support, their response is that the answer is in the MANUAL. So what are we paying them for each month.
The websites that were built by them are not working either, you can't upload, you can't do s**t, UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF POCKET WITH SOME MORE MONEY.
Their MOTTO is "You have to spend money to get money" YET our MOTTO is "We are steady spending money and getting NO MONEY" Can you feel me!! So let's do something about this. I feel we should all get together, file a class action law suit against National Grants Conference along with all the fraudulent companies we were referred to by them.
It is all a BIG RIP OFF AND WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. National Grants has been airing several nights on TV, have conferences on a daily basis from state to state, so they should be financially able to reimburse everyone that has been manipulated by them.
Will someone please get in touch with me regarding this matter. SOMEONE MUST STOP THEM NOW. i HAVE ALREADY FILED A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS BECAUSE I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK; ITS NOTHING BUT A RIP-OFF!!
