I attended a seminar where Unimweb said they would help me build a website for my product.

I was then called by a guy named John who was pre-qualifying me for one of their websites. Once I was pre-qualified they had Ken Iverson call me and he informed me that for $8,000 they could set up my website, help me market it. This site would have email auto responders, a merchant account, newsletters and banners. Ken would personally mentor me for one year.

Unfortunately, I gave them my info and now my charge card has been debited by $8,000. I researched they company after the call and found this site. I immediately called back to rescind my investment, my credit card has already been charged.

Hopefully I will get my money back because it was within the 3 day window. I will update you on whether I got my refund or not.

UNIMWEB WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

#6REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sun, September 07, 2003

I attended a seminar at the Renaissance Hotel in Los Angeles on September 4, 2003, where a guy by the name of Michael Bell gave out information on how to use Unimweb to set up a website. They would take our information (and money) to set up a website and be the hosting server.

After paying for the products, I took them home and tried to use it. I first tried to load the disc that would enable me to start the website designing, etc. When the disc loaded, (or so I thought) I was not able to find the website. It seemed as though it was a ghost website.

They also sold a cd from a company called PB Next. I tried to load that cd and the computer would freeze.

I have not been able to use the products. It has temporarily affected my access to the internet.

I hope that people will catch on to this and sue them.
