I don't have much time to write this, so here goes. My husband and I purchased our vehicle in Sep. 2000. Most all of our payments have been on time except for a couple earlier this year. When I called UAC to make a payment over the phone back in August, a cust. service rep. told me that I am 2 months late. I don't even think so.

I had just gotten home from the hospital that day from giving birth to my 2nd daughter. I always do my best in keeping contact with these people and always make payment arrangements as soon as possible. So, it completely surprised me when I heard I was 2 payments late. I told them that I believe they are wrong. Without arguing, still thinking something isn't right, I am continuing to pay $100 more on each payment to get caught up.

Well, this really started bothering me. I always do check by phone and so the voided checks are here at home. Well, I found them and they have all been accounted for the past 12 months! I can't believe these people. Even though I'm paying my car off faster now with an extra $100 each month, they screwed things up.

I have 2 babies, and that $100 a month has put a hold on some things we could have taken care of sooner. I am extremely dissappointed in this company, but I don't know what to do now. I guess we have to stay with them because they are who financed our car.
