had elec. dep. every month at same date. had one elec payment at the same date every month. request for payment came in and it was paid, but it was not posted until one day before my elec deposit was there. some times it was held as long a 15 days before it was posted. the same with any other checks that they could delay.

i spoke with the manager about this, as you would expect, he knows only what comes up on his computor, but the first time i spoke with him i got a refund of almost $400.00. every month after that i lost between $150.00 to $250.00 a month.

i closed my account, for a $9.99 elec payment to aol every month, the last month they tried to charage me $250.00 in fees. for some thing i paid my self. this is a bank where you put your trust to handle money, and to do you right.

you are suppose to be handling your money, not the bank. The bank processes the transactions you generate. If you don't have the funds in your account at the time an auto debit is initiated, guess what. NSF fees. Doesn't matter if you have and ACH comimg in the next day or not.

Here's a tip. Make sure there are funds in the account when the debits are initiated. Deduct the amount from you account register running balance. No NSF fess. Then it doesn't matter when the darn thing posts.
