Complaint Review: Union Express Van Lines

Union Express Van Lines delivered 10 after the day of the contract. Refused to give an estimate before loading my move and then overcharged 2000.00 more than initial estimate. Failed to explain the insurance for the goods delivered.

The delivery was done by college students with lack of sleep (2 days moving from one state to the next). They grossly mishandeled the property and caused extensive damage to my furniture, many of it was new.

Estimate to repair/replace property was $2644.24 and they wanted to settle for little more than $200.00
