Complaint Review: union metal

first off if you happen to be buying  some thing off them. i would take  and look a round first. the first five days of working there i developt a breathing problems .due to the dust dirt and massive oil that is spread threw out the whole shop. the run off is pour ing in to a dranage into the creek that runs under the  shop.they constanly try to bulie any one new and lie to cover there track for ex. no one is allowed to weld on poles tht have to be xray in less threy are certified... bull s**t because i was told to by mike raines  to do the welding but the customer demanded it to be correct .there policy ive seen poles that were strecthed so far to where they became brittle  the ones that broke we tryed to fix them  buy welding as much as we could and by trowing dirt and paint over the rest that we couldnt fi to blame it on the shipping companie. they are a shade companie that we fucc u over at any chance they can
