Complaint Review: Union-News.org

I was contacted by Brandon Tyler to advertise for union workers.  I am in Real Estate and a former Union worker and wanted to help Union workers.  I signed up from a phone call.  I did a little research and emailed the company within 24 hours to cancel.  They said I needed to speak with my accout representative but they had my cancellation on record.  When I heard from Brandon, he tried to resell me but I said no.  He said he would refund me and my check would be here in 2-3 weeks.  I have followed up for the last 3 months with no response.  The 1 888 number does not work but the cell phone for Brandon works.  He is not responding to any of my messages and I have never received my $240.00 annual fee.  I did have an ad up for 2 days while I was waiting for Brandon to call me back, but they took it down after I said I did not want to be on their site.
