I thought this was a good deal, and I barely glanced at it before sending in the money... it's been two weeks since we sent it, and they haven't cashed it yet, so I decided to do a search on them and found them on rip-off report. My wife and I are immediately ordering a stop payment on that check, due to fraud, and I am having an "attempted fraud victim" statement placed on my transunion credit file, good for two years, to avoid any mailings they may be connected with. I am also contacting transunion tomorrow, and urging that they deal with this menace to good people.

Does anyone know if a lawyer is interested in taking this case as they seem to be mass mailing these papers to everyone on any mailing list? The mental anguish of feeling hopeful and becoming distraught due to misleading statements is immense.

I shall also be contacting a lawyer (or 2 or 3 or 4) about this matter, so that we may all hopefully rest a little easier. If anyone else has already done so, please inform me, I want to get these bastards.
