my name is silvia live in california and received a letter sayng that i was qualify for 10 000 dllrs line , and they requested for me to send 37.00 dllrs for the anual fee, i waited for my credit card, and i receive onlya paper card  and a catalog with a few items, so i can buy from the catalog, and that was my credit line, they rip me off with my money, i just dont want them to keep on getting any money from me, io try to talk to someone but there is nobody to talk to so how can i cancel this card, this is a fraud. my email is (((REDACTED)))

 The only way to have this company removed from doing business in this manner, is to contact the State Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint against them.  Also contact the Better Business Bureau in That area and file a complaint with them also.  With over 500 complaints against this company, someone should be able to close down this rotten company once and for all.

Take a look at the letter. Read it closely. See the part where they say the credit is only good for purchases from specified above? They didn't promise you a credit card like a Mastercard or a Visa, they offered you credit from that specific retailer. The prices will be a bit higher than you expect.

Always read offers like this very carefully.
