Complaint Review: Union Workers Credit Services

Union Workers Credit Services RIPOFF fraudlent claim, mail fraud Dallas Texas

I recieved a letter, addressed to me, from Union Workers Credit Services, and as I was interested in what they offered, as I found out so many others have, sent them $37.00. I found it odd that the letterhead did not have any phone number listed, and as it had been some time since I sent off my money, I wanted to ask a few questions.

I looked them up on the internet, but to no avail. I did some more investigating, and found an unrelated business in the same building that was able to provide me with some helpful information, as well as verifying my fears that this business is indeed a fraudulent entity. The woman I spoke to said she is tired of answering calls regarding UWCS, and had the phone # and names of the individuals at UWCS.

The name Randy Walls, 1-214-424-6850 ext 3671, and Diedre Watley at 1-214-424-6855 ext 3672. These 2 individuals seem to be the main suspects in this fraud.
I have been in contact with Det. Nueman of the Dallas P.D Swindle division at 1-214-671-3543. He has told me that he needs more complaints to be able to help with this matter. Please give him a call if you have been the victim of UWCS.

I called union workers credit services and when I finally talked to someone, they informed me that Trans-Union Credit services (yes the credit reporting service) sales your information to union workers credit services and if you wish not to recieve stuff like this then you need to contact Trans-union. Here is the opt out web site https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t and also Trans-unions web site http://www.transunion.com/index.jsp Good Luck, I opted out and hopefully will never recieve this garbage again.
