Complaint Review: union workers credit services

The company union workers credit services offered me a credit card. I found out after they sent it to me I could only order from their catalog. I called the company told them I didn't want the card and they told me to send everything back writing cancel on it. I did that but never received my $37.00 back for the credit card. This is a rip off. I was told I would receive my check in 7-10 days that was over a month ago and never received it. I would like my money back for paying for the credit card which cost me  $37.00.
