Complaint Review: Unionesinello.it

i placed order on  Unionesinello.it website for a cashmere hooded round neck Ralph Lauren sweater. I was billed to my credit card by Poetry Tech through service@safesslbillpay.com. I received a cotton crew neck sweater with a red Ralph Lauren logo on chest! shipped from China.

I sent email to Unionesinello.it asking for a return and was told they needed photos. I sent photos to calvinlee@gmail.com dba Unionesinello.it I get reply back again saying he sent sweater and tracking number , which is exactly the same as original order.

I than contacted service@safesslbillpay.com and was told they forwarded the information to Unionesinello.it. I have not received any acknowledgements from either parties. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are in process of retrieving my money.
