I ordered 3 knifes from unique blades llc for my customer. When I received them one was broken they are sold as automatic knife ,well this one #ubotf-67 elite force claimed to be used by our armed forces would come out but would not return on it own. I have been calling and trying to get problem taken care of,and out o f all 3# they have listed they all say they handle call by e-mail so watch your mail .I have yet to get someone that can even fog a mirror to talk to me This company claims to sales with local law enforcement I wonder are they handled the same way..?????
