Unique Collectables LLC by Porscheahmet Ahmet Sandikci Scam Ponzi Palm Harbor, Florida
The owner of this business Ahmet Sandikci has scammed numerous americans operating under his "prior" business name Arcade Currency Palace that had offices located in West Palm Beach and Tarpon Springs Florida. You can check the Pinellas County Court Clerk's Office and the Palm Beach County Court Clerk's office and type in his name and you will come up with numerous lawsuits against this guy. This guy Sandicki has scammed numerous americans out of millions of dollars.
Sandikci is a turk muslim who is now seeking protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida Case # 8:11-bk-07915-MGW. The trustee assigned to the case by the court has discovered what seems to be what appears to be OBVIOUS fraud. The trustee is asking the federal judge assigned to the case to throw Sandikci out of bankruptcy court. The trustee discovered that Sandikci made over $80,000 in withdraws from his personal accounts to gamble at the Hardrock Casino right after filing bankruptcy and so far the federal judge assisgned to the case has done nothing.
I can only be very clear and warn you against this scammer operating under his new company name as mentioned above. This guy is bad news and even screwed his attorney Robert Eckcard with Eckard & Associates out of Palm Harbor Florida. Sandikci used this firm to hold off the lawsuits while he continued his fraudulent scams on americans and even used them to have an american falsely arrested by providing false information to law enforemnet authorities. Once again when they found out he lied they did NOTHING to him.
Sandikci even shares his ill gotten gains with the GOP just google political donations and go on the websites you find and type in Ahmet Sandikci. You will find that he donated about $40,000 to the GOP and they then nominated him for entrepreneaur of the year and gave him an award at a Senate Dinner in Washington DC. Sandikci used that award to post on his website to commit more fraud against americans like it was some kind of endorsement from our great political leaders.
You can contact a Dennis **** who was scammed for 100's of thousand of dollars and so were several of his business associates. (((phone number redacted))).
I find it quite interesting that our government allows this guy to operate on our soil and defraud americans and use our court system to get away with it while spending the ill gotten proceeds gambling.
The public court records will enlighten you or a search on his prior business name Arcade Currency Palace will enlighten you quite a bit.
