Complaint Review: Unique Epoxy Designs

Did not prep floors correctly to start with, taking short cuts in the process. Told us it was perfectly fine to coat over VCT tiles only later to find out from another reputable company you should never coat over VCT tiles. All kinds of shadowing from the tiles could be seen through the epoxy, looked terrible. He also used cheaper flooring for other areas in order to cut corners. When I asked him what he was going to do to fix the problem he said about $2400 and he wasn't paying for it. He left us with 1/2 finished floors. Beware and watch out. Do not pay anything upfront.
