Complaint Review: Unique home improvement

 This Is for amy tibbets and her suppose husband. This woman said that they.did thing for me well for all that favors I pay them they.never doing nothing free. One was about look for a washer and dryer I payed for gas and give money cash and the washer and dryer.was not work so I give to Mr.Shawn the washer and dryer he got it. Other one he wants that I pay 60 dollars for help.me to fix the washer that I.has the piece she talked about 2005 I pay shawn 400 dollars for he cut to trees and he cut them the problem was that he send two minors to pick up the street snd because was more that 4 feet the trash people didn't want to get it. And he never cut the grass I had to doing it. One of the tree was in my hpuse months I have to took out the tree. So I said he is a thief because I saw him in my storage take out thing and specialty the lawnmower he enter to my yard and take it without a permission. No because I say to him you can use the lawnmower when you need it . He can go and take the lawnmower with out permission I always have to ask and get my lawnmower. We will talk about my son tool I seen him get tool without permission and never return it this person have a bad criminal record is a lot to say about this people that if I do I will stay hours writing.

first this person doesn't have a license for work in construction. Check DBPR. Here is a email that amy tibbetts send me that said that i go to far with make a complaints about him and that is the reason they will not pay me. and other they send me a e-mail with a estimate in january which one i said to him that i will send it to my insurance. he want 1,500 before he start the job and 1,500 after. I found a person that did all around the house the soffit cost me 1,000, the day that he send me the estimate he told me that he put more expensive the job because he want to paint the house.

I never send the estimate because the insurance doesn't pay for the soffit and either the paint. when you see them they act look like responsible person but if i told him that i want the insurance to pay he never returned my money back. and if you read the other complaint you will see that he ripoff the people before he ripoff me so this is a inresponsible company UNIQUE HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC. he lying all the time and ask for a lot of money for a work that cost to much And more if you give him the advance payment maybe after that he never appear and if you call him or text he doesn't response. the bbb is F and look i said the police is on his door and he doesn't open 

the improvement that he do is a fraud he improve the inside and outside but how he can improve when his yard is look like a jungle and he cut the front yard because i call the city hall of jacksonville in that way i made around 4 times and the back yard is look a jungle that is the way that he improve the people house 

Mr. shawn albin didn not said the true he i am a lyer but i asked him so many time to for fix the front soffit. me and my son ask and he always said i will doing it and never doing. in february he told me that he does not have no contract now he said that he has a contract. also i am not harrasing only him because he does not pay me my money. really just said hi to the people and i do not have any conservation. now i ask for the contract and he told me. and told me who is a person that i harrasing, i will send the picture in that way the people know the true. up to this he have ore report of ripoff others the problem is that the people call he does not answer the phone and in his advertiser does not the addressl This person has a police almost every month. the last one was Nick Protonotarious and he told me that they life to ripoff other. here i will send you picture of my soffit and how he take care his take care his own garden. for he cut his yard i have to call jacksonville city hall but the last yard is like a jungle. Yes i told him that my insurance will pay for the soffit after 8 month waiting for him to fix, my son gave him a motor vehicle for he doing the job and he got the motor but he did not fix the soffit, other thing my son has a camaro park in a front of the house that they he was drunk and hit my son car. and i let him using a lawnmower and never put a gas for at least 2 years and he broke two of them. He said that i harrasing people but he know that the people are the one that does not like him because he is a drug addict and no one like him. i do not need to harrassing no one if they see the police. when I told him that the insurance will doing it he was suppose to give me my money back.

We were trying to help Mrs. Wanda out with a few minor repairs around her house 3 years ago. We replaced and painted (with exterior paint) most of the sowfet in the front of her house, she decided to stop the work and try to get her insurance company to pay for it. We explained to her that the job needed to be completed soon, or she would have more problems. She said she understood. After we came to an agreement that she would pay for materials and we would work out payment arrangements, do to the fact she is our neighbor and its the neighborly thing to do. When she stopped the work she still owed us for the work and materials and she paid us 200$, she still owed us more but she said when the insurance company sent her the money she would pay us and we would continue the job. I'm assuming the insurance company denied her claim and she never brought it back up till recently (3 years later). During the past 3 years we've helped her many times. I even let her use my truck 1 day. And husband has ran her around to pick up a washing machine and hooked it up for her. I honestly have no idea why she has started harassing us, we have over 200 text messages of her treating us, she yells and curses us if she sees us outside even while children are outside playing, she has posted signs, defaming/slandering our names and business. Just like on here I am completely offended that she would call me a "pill head". Which is something I'm completely against! She has also harassed others in our neighborhood, which we have letters from 4 different neighbors that she has randomly started stuff with. The truth is she owes us. And we let it go. I gave her a written receipt stating "she paid 200$ for labor and materials"
