Unique Insurance Company They avoid paying claims that they owe Niles Illinois
Problem: On August 26,2020 my vehicle was ran into by one of Unique’s insured customer Quintavia Davis whom was cited by the police and found at fault. I quickly filed the claim proceeding the outcome with Unique insurance. The claim adjuster is Jasmine Aguero my claim# 20GAP0001161 I was instructed at that time to take 11 pictures of my car and send it to a link she sent me to my phone and the adjuster will be in contact with me that was early September. After not hearing anything from the insurance company in 2 months and numerous attempt calls to them.
I finally got in touch with Jasmine Aguero on December 2nd we discussed I would settle for a very low amount of $696.70. She emailed me property damage release form to sign so she could process the check. So I sent the forms back that same day. I followed up with her the next day and she assured me I should receive the check in 10 business days from the 4th. I have yet to receive the check and I have contacted the company on their website and spoken to Jasmine who states due to COVID 19 it’s probably going to take longer to get to me by mail.
I would probably except that if this was a reputable company but after reading over 100 derogatory negative 0 reviews on this company and all the similar shenanigans reported on them I can’t take this lightly. Especially when their using a National pandemic to help play games on real people that are truly effected by this pandemic as myself. I need my money I’m one of the million people that unemployment has expired over the holidays. I NEED MY MONEY!!!!
