I prepaid for a number of Venus freeze tightening procedures on my face. I never signed a contract that said I couldnt get my money back. I called numerous times to tell them I changed my mind, and got nothing but a run around. I left numerous voice mails to the Office Manager Bobby,and was told she would call me back, which she never did. When I did finally call the office again I spoke to Bobby who told me she would call me back, and she told me at that time she sent me numerous emails..which i never got. I have yet to get my money back which was over a month ago.
