I purchased a 2003 Ford f250 from Unique Motors about a year ago, I was approved for financing (with troubled credit) and left a 15k cash deposit and took possesion of my truck. Months went by and Unique Motors contacted me and said bring the truck back your loan was returned. I here them advertise guaranteed approval, WRONG- guaranteed rip off they repoed my truck- and kept my 15k cash deposit. buyer beware-to date I have not recieved any of my deposit back. The guy I dealt with Eddie is the owner and he told me in so many words go f*** myself I will never see a dime. I have patiently tried lawyers, they tie it up. Ask nicely- they keep my cash. BUYER BEWARE- GUARANTEED RIPOFF

We at Unique Motors were very disappointed to see the negative report filed by one of our former customers. We strive to work with numerous lenders and banks to get the best loans for our customers given their prior credit history. Unfortunately, sometimes information provided by customers is rejected by the lenders once subjected to further scrutiny. When that happens the loan is then rejected by the bank. At the time of the transaction, we fully believe and expect all or our customers to provide true and accurate information so that the loan will be accepted as presented and therefore the car is sold to the customer on the spot, pending further investigation by the bank. However, if the lender later finds out that the information provided by the customer is not as it should be, then they have the right to not approve the loan and the contract is void. In that situation if there is no financing the car must be returned. If the car is not returned in a timely manner, then we must incur charges to repossess the car. Many times the car is recovered with damage and increased miles, especially in the case where someone has kept a car for several months. Any money paid for a deposit will be reconciled against the present value of the car in addition to the costs of repossession, taxes and all other administrative fees.
