Under false pretenses this company advertises itself as selling fire extinguishers as top quality. The company represents itself as "Being too good to be true." Robby Sory represented the company telling me he too thought it was too good to be true until he tried it himself. I paid $75 registration fee (non-refundable) and was supposed to pay an additional $95 kit fee tomorrow when reporting for "work". Thank goodness I ran into an article on the internet that shows this company to be fraudulent.

Any advice as to how I can get my money back?

Thank you.

Exactly what false pretenses are you talking about? Also what deceptive ways did UWSI use to bring you to the company? Obviously you have no idea what you're actually talking about. I did work with the company and all the people I sold to have recieved the merchandise and it does work correctly. Have you ever used one of these "defective fire extinguishers"? Why would you even say that if you hadn't? Also how do you know Robby "lied"? If you never went back to start your training, YOU DON'T KNOW!! Wow, your right, good thing your neighbor looked them up on the internet because everything you read on the internet is true. Just for your information, if your going to file a complaint on a place atleast spell the location right. It's not spelled Donaldson.

Please ignore the address given as the company address. My neighbor in her excitement listed her address info. This company is not located in Murfreesboro, it is located in Donaldson, TN.

Under false pretenses UWSI promised me a position as a Manager Trainee making $15 per hour, while training in Donaldson, TN. I paid $75 Registration Fee and was also supposed to pay an additional $95 Kit Fee when I started work the following day. I looked up UWSI on the internet and found out this company uses deceptive practices to bring employees into the business selling defective fire extinguishers.

Their spokesperson, Robby Sory, represented the company stating that although this offer sounds too good to be true as he first thought when coming on board, he learned it wasn't. He lied.

My neighbor looked up this company on the internet after reading the reports on this company. She insisted I file this report.
