Complaint Review: Unique Worldwide Services

I am just writing in regards to this so-called "company" Unique Worldwide Services. I actually made the mistake of calling in regards to their newspaper advertisement and setting up an "interview" with these idiots.

During the "orientation", the so-called mananger went through a very sad demonstration of a Halionare fire extinguisher by lighting a fire and *gasp* putting it out! She then proceeded to call in the potential applicants one by one for the "interview". During my time, this so-called business person asked me several pointless questions which she felt were so significant to my "manager potential" such as: Do you know your next-door neighbors well?


After this 5 minute scharade was over, she stated "You're hired!" and proceeded to ask me for a $75 deposit because of the "large amounts of company funds you will be handling", as well as a $95 "kit fee" to pay for the cheap fire extinguishing equipment materials. I then came to the conclusion that this pathetic company was nothing more than a money scam, and a sad one at that. I told her to give me back all of the forms I had filled out, and I walked out of the office and told all of the other applicants what to expect in the "interview process".

I hope everyone who reads this will tell anyone else who falls for this idiotic company to steer clear.
