Unique Worldwide Services rip off taken for a ride of a lifetime and it cost me alot Birmingham Alabama
I was taken for a ride of a lifetime, i was in my so called training and was offered a job making the more money than i was when i got laid off.
But the office manager of the time told me that i was stupid if i quit this company and go to work as a manager at a dealership (which is what i was doing before) but what she really should have told me was that they were not through milking me of my savings yet. i know that you are supposed to sell these products to other people but how many people do you know personaly that can afford to spend over $1000.00 in safety equipment besides your mom?
To get through your training they give you some office work that you do along the way but you must sell, sell sell, to get that next pin and move forward, but to cut this 4 month story short i am out over $9,500.00 not including having both mine and my wifes cars repocessed from the bank and my credit shot but then after i gave them every dime i had and could scrap up when i finally finished my training they then told me it would cost me another $6,000.00 to get into my office!
My wife had a fit and we almost got a divorce (which is what they want) over this. After 12 years together and having 2 boys this was coming betwwen us like nothing else ever had, so i ended it with them and i am so glad that my wife talked some sense into me finally, but she believes that the concept and the personna that they put on is so great and belivable that it just sucks you in and before you know it they have sucked you and your close family dry.
I will also include for my $9500.00 all i have to show is my gold pin (maybe worth 25.00) and 4 small fire extingushier's so i say 425.00 on a 9,500.00 investment you do the math.
Sorry this was so long and i know it will be picked to death by a office manager in a rebuttle but please, please do not listen to them they are trained and trained well to counter people like me who want you to know the truth about this company. so please i beg you to get out now while you can, before you loose it all like me :(

Please don't feel like you were the only one to get caught up in the "dream" they try and sell you. I made it all the way just like you and all I have is a few products and a gold pin. I wish this website had been around when I was checking into them.
I was with them over 2 years ago and lost over $15,000. Tonight on the NBC13 news Mr. Mingolo was going to court. Someone was sueing him for not giving them their office after finishing the training. It made me feel good to see him in court.
I am currently involved in a suit out of Montgomery which may never end. It has been going for 2 years also. Try and get a group together that you know were involoved and contact an attorney. Maybe if everyone attacks them then they will lose all they have.
I also understand the comment about wanting you to get away from your family. If you were at all close with the "Nighttime meetings", EDS or other getaways, you know that no business was involved on acts of a questionable nature.
Hang in there, it always seems to happen to the good ones, but they will eventually get it in the end.
