Complaint Review: United Parcel Service

Unite Parcel Service a package containing a replacement credit card marked EXPRESS took ELEVEN DAYS to be delivered to our destination Naples, MilanArzan0 (Napoli) Atlanta georgia

We were victims of a robbery while vacationing in Italy..A replacement credit card was issued via UPS Express and arrived in Naples on August 14th..delivery was postponed repeatedly by UPS and this packaged was was marked EXPRESSS was not delivered until August 21st
The entire vactaion was ruined because this envelope contained our replavement money .

We were traveling with two children and unable to return home until August 24
I am disabled ( A SEVERE DIABETIC) and was traveling with a broken foot. This incident pychologically rattled me, cost me my peace of mind and the enjoyment of my first trip to Europe in over 20 years

I am still unable to sleep and I am very angry that a compnay such as UPS which advertises to be so reliable can treat a customer in such a fashion.
I spent more than 200 American dollars calling UPS headqurters in the US who said there was "nothing they could do" calling UPS headquarters in Naples, the American Embassy in Rome and the Conuar General in Naples all to no avail

UPS (no matter where the location) should not be able to get away with this kind of behavior.
