United Advisors Group Have been taking money out of account each month and not using to pay off loan. My loan is still with Great Lakes.
They are taking money out of my account monthly and not paying off on my loan. It is still with Great Lakes. This has been going on for 4 years. I am supposed to have loan forgiveness after 10 years.
