Complaint Review: United Aire Care

as previous complaints state, they mail out coupons for $47.95, get in the door, then charge THOUSANDS. they have no pricelist to present; they make it up as they go along. PLUS they dampaged my 6 mo. old carpet, & also my carpet cleaner - they used it as a VACUUM, thus getting it full of metal shavings. they offered me $50.00 credit, AFTER TWO MONTHS, on damages with replacement value of $375.00. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - GO TO SERVICE MAGIC.COM & get someone reputable.
