Where do we start first off this is being wrote by most of the St.Louis techs. The major problem with this shop is not the way the coumpany is ran it is the manager they chose for this shop. He is the most uncooth, unprofesional, person on the face of the planet. who ever gave this man a job let alone a managment position. all he ever talks about is I did this and I did that as a tech..

All he ever teaches people is how to rip more money out of people. He tells us all the time that is we dont come back pulling at least $300 or more from every Customer or to not come back at all. The way he runs the office it is no reason someone quits every day. He says he is there for the techs. but why do i here all these techs talk about there pay checks being wrong every week, some guys dont even get one, but he never does any thing for them.

What kind of company lets the managers wife tell people they are fired for being rude to her. Tell me why she is allowed to go through company paperwork. How do we know when we give her our paperwork she wont take the money and blame us??? How can you run a shop playing vidio games and watching dvd's on his computer all the time. You know a company is curupt when they pay you commision on service work. they tell us every system has duct leaks and to charge $25 a piece and Tim tells us every house needs 3 pounds of freon and a contactor. this contactor that we are souposed to charge $149 only cost $5.50. granted there should be a mark up but come on

This is a good company over all but it is gust poorly managed. GET US A REAL MANAGER PLEASE BEFORE IT IS TO LATE

The employees were also victims, but they can get retribution.

United Air Comfort ripped off employees nationwide. Their commision that they paid was usually less then minimum wage, both federal and state. You don't have to take that lying down, you can get YOUR money by joining a class action against this company. Oregon has started doing it and Washington too. California is not far behind, though not all of those shops have been closed down yet. Call an attorney if you were victimized by this company, or join the class action.

i need a job, but i know if i keep telling the trut about tim i will loose my job. tim is not a good boss at all. he knows how bad i need money, but yet i get all the redos.he thinks if he gives me all of the redos... i will quit. he does not train new techs on anything. he does not have time to do it.. his d**n wife and him are always locked in the office having sex. there is a time and place for that kind of stuff. so i get stuck doing all of the redos. what really make me mad is when tim was on vacation, the corp office said i was the one doind side work. i almost lost my job for what tim was doing on the side. well mr. berch, if im not here after this comes out... you will know why. i was told by time that if i kept talking the truth about the shop he would fire me. at on point he wanted me to say it was the granite manager that was doing the side work. i told tim to go to hell. i ask tim why should i do that tim? he then said " to keep your job andy". well i never did tell corp that, it was bull s**t. all i want is a manager that will not try to blackmail a technician. mark, please help!

one sick manager

i can tell you, it will not be long before this branch is shut down. the manager that they have in st.louis is so gross, the things he does in his office would make you sick! i used come to work to make money, not to be stoped in the parking lot by a cop to ask me what has been going on inside. the last thing i needed at that time was to loose my d**n job over it. at one point, i talked to the granite city manager about some of the things that was going on and he offered me a job there, well lets just say tim did not like me talking to another manager about anything. he told me i was stuck with him. i did not let the granite city manager know what tim said. you may ask why i did not leave. at that point in my life i had a father not doing so well and other things going on in my life that would not allow the transfer. now i have a good job that pays well, thank god. i do however feel they made the wrong choice, they should have fired tim! the granite city manager never talked down tohis technicians. it was him i would call for support... not just technical support, you could ask him most anything and he would be there for you. we all knew that tim would not give us the time of day. he would always say... " if corp. ask...what will you say, the right answer i hope or your job may not be here!" sad thing.

the job also calls for other parts

i have worked for united air scammers for about two years of my life. i can tell you that its a real joke. when we install new equipment, we must obtain a permit.... tim tells us not to worry about it, the job also calls for other parts... there again, tim says get then and we can make some cash on the side, they will never know he says. well , i think its wrong, its comming to a head very fast. kich has alot of things that i have seen that could make for a big problem for united air comfort. i know the company is going down fast. to hear tim tell it, he says that they will never shut him down....he is the glue that hold them together. hes to good. RIGHT! he is so dumb! this guy was s**t in the field, he pulled alot less than he claims he did. tom should have s**t canned him for his numbers! tom was not like that, he made sure his technicians were taken care of. tim wants the technicians to make him look good. all he cares about is his wife. she must get sick of him always talking about himself. i do know that tom could have come back to st louis to be the manager. someone high up on the chain told us that. in closing, i would like to say that if they dont want the st louis shop to fail, they need to sideline tim wehmeyer! he does not follow the basic law. its only a matter of time before something bad happens in that shop.some one needs to get this to mark berch or ian berch soon before it is to late!
