Two guys came under the impression and the promise to perform duct cleaning for the heater in the house.
The technician refuse to show me how much dirt came out the duct. In addition, they start telling me how bad is the heater I have and asked me to do repair on it. After telling them that I am not planning to do any maintenance on the heater, they provided with an estimate of $ 8,500 for 3 tons air condition.
Later, he got a tube of water and put some around the gas pipe to see if there was any gas leak. At the time he presents the bill, the duct cleaning went from $29 to $59. In addition, he added $ 29 heater tune which they did not perform and I did not ask for.
After leaving the house, the two guys were laughing like they win again. One of them asked me earlier to use the phone. After them leaving, I redialed and the person answering said:
He:How much you were able to collect this time.
I: This much
He: Good, I want you guys to go to this address now and get as much as you can again.
I: Wait a second I am not your technician, I am a customer
He: Oopps, Hold on.
People they are RIP OFF company, I ask all to sue them and report them to Consumers Affairs at your local city.

I called and spoke with 2 others managers. In summary, they deliver a service that was not up to par, and charged for a service that did not ask for and they did fraud me about their price advertisement.
