We called to get the total amount due for our car. After 30 minutes of saying "what is the total amount due for the car" the supervisot Miguel got smart with me and wanted to know where we would get that kind of money. Then said u cant trade or sale your car, all we wanted to do was pay it off. After I said it was none of his business where we got the money he threatned to turn us over into collections. We tried to let him know the bank was going to pay it off he refused to give us the amount. Finally after another 10/15 minutes we got our total amount.
