Complaint Review: United Auto Credit

I get calls to my job, home & references each month 2-3 days before the note is due, constant harrassment every month. My problem is how the go about collecting their notes, I have never gotten calls from any one i owe days before my payment is due & get harrassed every single month, my job is being threathned by the level of calls this company makes. my note is due on the 26 and i get calls from the 22-due date at every single number including my references. is this practice legal?

1 time during my entire loan with UACC i was 2 days late, they had repo folks at my job & home asking for the vehicle..when is it ok to repo a car and after how many days from the due date? is it legal to call each month before the payment is due to ask for the payment? i consider this harrassment and I dont know how to stop it other than trying to pay the loan off & never do business with this company again

I would like the calls to my employeer, home & references to stop until a reasonable time has passed where they havent had any contact from me. I think is it crazy to call a persons references, job and home every single month before a due date of a payment. I have asked that they stop calling unless i HAVENT paid them..they basically are very rude, and I dont believe their practice is legal
