Recently I made two payments for my son to this company. They incorrectly processed these as "cash advance" payments. Once I received my card statement, I called them. I was told repeatedly that they do not have the option to process payments this way. Upon calling my credit card company, I was told that they did process it as a "cash advance".

The first time this was attempted, the credit card company placed my card on "fraud alert" and called me. I told them it was a "merchant payment". UAC called me later, and said that the payment had been completed. The second time this happened, I was told everything was handled correctly. MY STATEMENT SHOWS CASH ADVANCE AT 21.99% INTEREST. This company keeps telling me that they did not do this. Credit card company refuses to let me "dispute" the charge, since cash was transferred. NO ONE WILL HELP STRAIGHTEN THIS MESS OUT.

I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF ANY ONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM. SO FAR THIS HAS COST ME OVER $60.00 MORE THAN IT SHOULD, AND WILL CONTINUE TO COST ME MONEY EVERY MONTH, SINCE "CASH ADVANCE" BALANCES GET THE SMALLEST PORTION OF MY MONTLY PAYMENT!!!!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
