United auto doesn't care about you or anyone in your family they want there money with no exceptions.

i got a 2003 ford mustang on april 19 2006 two days after i got it me and my fiance were on vacation in florida the car broke down and we called our insurance company to make a claim we put the car in the shop UACC called me 2 weeks before my payment was due and started reminding me to send in a payment I at the time was pregnant with twins i ended up having a miscarriage on mothers day UACC got there payment but say that they didn't they now want me to pay them another payment and have put a hold on MY mustang at the car lot that it was getting repaired at until i send them more money. The guy that I spoke with at UACC was very rude and disrespectful to me and my Fiance. His name is Dan he does not have any feelings for anyone and no respect for himself he cursed me and my fiance and then said that he thought it was funny that i lost twins and he was glad. If you go to a car lot and they try to fiance you through UACC ask them to use a different finance company or go to oa different car lot. UACC is a ripoff and there workers are inconsiderate people who dont care about you they need to be shut down.

Holly, I am very sorry to hear of your misfortune. Unfortunately, UACC doesn't legally have to take that into consideration, and they don't believe in ethics either. If you sent them their payment on time, and they're saying they didn't receive it, you can always have the payment traced, assuming you sent them a check or money order. If you did that, then you can show them there was a payment made and they did receive it. Once you show them the proof, they can't force you to make another payment if it's not due. Like I told the last person, record their calls to you. I am not sure of the laws in your state for recording, so you will need to look into that before you do. You can easily do a search on Google to find out.
