UNITED AUTO CREDIT THIS COMPANY CALLS ME FROM A BLOCK NUMBER AFTER I FAX THEM A CEASE LETTER AND I AM ONLY ONE DAY LATE ON MY PAYMENT NOT TO MENTION THEY CALLED ONE OF MY REFERENCES AT 6AM BECAUSE THEY WHERE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AT CALIFORNIA PHONE # AND A MASS PHONE # AFTER I COMPLAIN THEY CAN ONLY SAY WHEN ARE U GOING TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT I HAVE FILE TWO COMPLAINTS ALREADY WITH THE FDCPA
This company does not follow any kind of collection laws and i don't believe they even know what the FDCPA is. I have faxed them over a cease&assist letter after they called me from a block phone number then they do it again after receiveing the cease letter and i am only one day late with my payment. In the past they have called my references I used on the loan agreement but are not smart enough to know that they can not call a california phone number at 9am eastern time because its only 6am in cali. I have 10 payments left and cannot wait to get rid of this company that does not follow any rules.
