United Auto Logistics:

This company has no idea what they are doing; They were told to transport my Lincoln Navigator

flatbe or car carrier ONLY!  they dispatched Captain Hooks Towing which towed my Lincoln

Navigator from Minneapolis, MN to Madison, WI rear wheels on the ground and driveshaft

attached.

Now most profession transportation companies would know that is the wrong way to

transport a Vehicle like this.  Transporting a vehicle like this is about the same as draining

the transmission Fluid out and going on a nice 300 mile trip.  And on top of all of this the

driver called the Lincoln Dealership to pick up this Vehicle and the service manager told

him this vehicle had to be transported on a flatbed Only.  This company was only interested

in the towing charge they would get and to this Day could care less about the thousands of

dollars damage they caused to my vehicles Transmission.

This company is inexperienced, careless, and does not care what happens to your vehicle.

I will leave it up to you to decide to trust your vehicle with this company, but don’t be

Surprised when you hear about the results.
