Contacted United Auto Movers at 724-384-8551. talked to Stephanie, then she put Joe on the phone, I asked for truck to be picked up and dropped off in another state because my husband would be traveling there.  I was told the truck would be picked up Sunday 12/13/15 at a price of $1100 with a $100 deposit off of credit card and $1000 paid on delivery.  I was asked for my credit card information which I gave over the phone, but advised the money is not on the card right now. Was asked to call back when it is.  

I was called back by United Auto Movers with a sooner pick up date of 12/11/15 with a lower price $1050 with a $250 deposit and $800 paid on delivery.  United Auto Movers emailed me a contract which I could not read. I let someone named Lindsey know that I could not read the contract. Lindsey called me on 12/09/15 and advised me they have been having problems with their contracts due to a new system they were using, she said just sent me a quick email saying you agree to the payment we talked about, don't worry about the rest.  I advised United Auto Movers on 12/09/15 that the $250 was on the card, they immediately took the money off the card within minutes.

On 12/10/15 the doctor office called and said my husband who the truck belongs to and who was traveling to another state, that he would need surgery on his hand due to more cancer cells.  So, he was not going to be able to travel as planned. After this call we realized we did not need United Auto Movers to pick up the truck.  I immediately called United Auto Movers and notified them I would like to cancel pickup and explained why.  I also sent an email to them on this same date and further asked for reversal of charges on my credit card.

On 12/10/15 in the late evening a company called me from 916-715-9260 stating they would be at my home to pick up the truck around 11am on 12/11/15.  I notified them I have cancelled pick and had notified United Auto Movers. The caller said United Auto Movers did not let them know. On 12/11/15 my husband called United Auto Movers and inquired about the refund due to hand surgery.  The man on the line said he does not know anything about it and someone would call him back shortly.

My husband called two more times and no one would answer the phone. He called the next day and still no one would answer the phone calls always went to a voice mail.  As of yet United Auto Movers has not sent refund.

Additionally I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because United Auto Movers did not do anything for us because we cancelled the request for transport.  Through the BBB United Auto Movers offered me a $50 refund which I rejected.  United Auto Movers came back with an offer to refund me $150. I accepted. As of this date 02/22/15 I have not received the refund.  I notified the BBB this morning that I have not received the refund from United Auto Movers.  They are sending an inquiry to United Auto Movers as to why.
