Complaint Review: UNITED AUTONET INC.

I WILL BE AS BRIEF AS POSSIBLE.

This company UNITED AUTONET INC is full of liars and thiefs. the owner and president Shahin Nia and or Sean Nia are behind it all.

I bought a 2003 dodge truck i put 67 miles on it when the motor starts knocking and rear end starts slipping. after going back and fourth with joey for dasys and getting no were. i got to wondering how did this truck even pass inspection. because it did not have one on it and i told him i dont want it if it wont pass. joey said it would pass just fine.

I ran the vin throgh the air check texas site and sure enough it showed the truck passed on the very day i test drove and told joey i only would buy it if it would pass inspection thats one head ache i dont want. but it also showed it fgailed 8 days earlier but showed no repairs done to get to pass.

I contacted the DMV inspection department in garland tx they ran the vin through there system and it showed the same thing. except there system showes the protocol no# that identifies the vehicle that is hooked to the computer while its being inspected.

they informed me i was a victim of fraud. they had done whats called a clean pass. the inspection station hooks a good vehicle to the computer while doing the inspection but puts the sticker on the vehicle that will not pass. infact the inspection station they used had been shut down by the DMV for doing clean passes. but had just reopened under a new owners name.

needless to say the DMV was glad i bruoght this to there attention. also the Texas DMV dealer department wants to talk with Shahin Nia as well.

so united autonet inc refuse to do anything and i want give up eather. 

my small claims suit will be aided by a DMV rep, and the inspection records.

SO STAY FAR AWAY FROM UNITED AUTONET INC OR YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY.
