Complaint Review: United Bank Card

I signed up with United Bank Card about a year ago under Mark Kelsch, I own a auto shop in Arizona, I have had no problems with this company, they gave me a free machine with no contract, my bank wanted me to buy the same machine for $480 and sign a 3 year contract for credit card processing, the rates im being charged are the same rates explained to me on the day I signed up, I have recommended Mark and his compnay to several of my freinds and they have all signed up with no problems, just thought I would let everyone on here know that not all agents in the credit card processing industry and United Bank Card are crooks, thanks
