I have been ripped off and mislead by united bank card, Their contract is very misleading. No one in there right mind would sign it knowing there is a 1200$ cancellation fee if you cancel before 3 years of service. Its not stated in the 4 page contract you sign nor is it stated in the cancellation fees area in the terms and conditions book, its listed on page 90 in the addendum where you would never look for it. Since united cank card has access to your bank account if you cancel they will go ahead and take your money.

If you have any issues with united bank card please file a report with the better business bereau, I did, this was my response.....BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above referenced complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company.

They are listed as unsatisfactory with the B.B.B. Even though they did not get back to the BBB within a month, please file a complaint so thats is listed and will help prevent others from these deceptive business practices. Also thank you "b***h on wheels",after reading your complaint i did file my report with the FTC. I takes less than 5 minutes and i hope and encourage others who have been ripped off by united bank card to do the same,
