Last March 16th. I mailed my !FREE NURIT 8500X terminal back to United Bank Card of High Bridge NJ.

I used the US Post Office to mail the package back well before the 30 day window had expired.

My mistake was that I did not have it insured trusting the the PO would be able to deliver it without a problem. It was mailed from within the US.

After seeing a charge of $ 450 on my checking account, I called United Bank Card  and was informed that they never received the package. this was the reason for the charge.

I followed up with a call to the High Bridge NJ Post Office but they could not guaranty the package being delivered, although they stated that they deliver many packages to this business all the time.

My gut feeling is that they did receive the package ( of which I told them) but had noticed that it was not insured and had no way of being tracked as to whether or not it had arrived just went ahead a billed me for the machine.

Don't let this happen to you.
