Two reps for this company stopped in my small business and offered me a FREE Point of Sale System if in turn I would process my credit cards with them.  Now I know when it's too good to be true it definitely is!! For months and months I called inquiring when the equiptment would arrive, it never came.  However, the auto draft fees started and the company was not even processing our sales.  I never heard from anyone, only got bills of money being drafted from my account.  Calling the place and speaking to anyone was imposible and contacting the two reps that first approached me with it was beyond impossible. More money was drafted.  Finally, I spoke with someone at "customer service" lol.  I was told, "You were the one that signed the contract!!"Now, this was true, but in turn I was to receive a new operating system, and help with the proccessing.  I NEVER recieved these nor was I contacted to handle the situation in an according manner...ONLY DrAFTS from my account for a service that is NO service at all.

Now, about a year has passed.  The two reps had told me that they specifically got my account closed, however, I did have to go to my bank and change all of my business accounts so these $$ Hungry people couldnt just steal it.  Talk about a PAIN! And apart from that, I am still recieving a bill for the last draft of $70something and last just got a call saying my credit will be affected.  GREAT!!!

It would be much appreciated if more people were simply honest and when a complaint like this is made look into the depth of it.  I never got a thing from this company however, I was scammed for hundreds.  Yeah, that may not be much to them but as a small business owner in this economy, HOW RUDE!!!
