Watch Out For This Processor United Bank Card.  It started out Fine.  Then we had a chargeback for $362.00, and they debited our account, which is Fine.  But I must say they called me up a dinner time like a "Mom & Pop Company" to let me Know.
After getting there money, that was NOT enough.  They held BACK 4 other charge monies from me
and would NOT pay me.  When I called them now they started making all kinds of excuses about my business address.  I refused to give them my home Address and they would not release my money.
I decided to refund those people the money and they over drafted my account, instead of paying the
customers from the money they were holding.  They Screw you and keep taking out THERE FEES and won't pay you after you have 1 chargeback.  I now have a problem with BOA because of them.
I have been a merchant for over 30 years and NEVER experienced anything like this.
