I accidently called these people a week ago trying to make my car insurance payment with Liberty Mutual.

Immediately a woman with a very heavy accent came on the phone and said they were offering a $200.00 gas voucher for the first 125 callers.

I asked her if I had  called Liberty Mutal Ins. Company. She said I had and that I could make my payment after she had my debit card information.  I gave her the information thinking how odd this was. 

I asked again if I had Liberty Mutual, She said yes and then said she need to transfer me to verify my information.

I was transfered to a fellow named Troy, and he started repeating the same offers;discounted movie tickets,dining discounts, and the$200.00 gas voucher. I asked him if he was with Liberty Mutual and he said yes. He then asked me to confirm my information by repeating it back to a computer. At that point I said no I just wanted to pay my Insurance and to transfer me. He started shouting and I hung up.

I called Liberty Mutual and dialed the right number this time. I asked if they knew anything about this and they said no.

I then called my Bank to let them know my account might have been compromised. They were awesome.

Today, one week after I have received two calls fromUnited Benefit Advantage wanting to take money from my account and telling me I owe them. I hung up and told them I was turning them into the BBB.
