United Benefits of America most certainly does NOT save you money. We witnessed it first hand and at the cost of many erroneous or so called "activation" fees. Firstly, our salesman (Mr. Larkin) did not explain these fees and I had to be re-routed to him, secondly, the qoutes that they give you for your prescriptions via the Tier Level mainly do not cover any medications that are quite expensive, so therefore, you end up paying greater than the 3rd Tier or $50 for a 30 day supply.

i am referring to medications that fall into the Tier 4 level and no one can afford these, so tell me how this is saving 2 unemployed people money??? (Yes, we have applied for Tenncare and are awaiting approval). Thirdly, if you need your benefits ASAP, forget it! You may be told that you are covered on the first of the month, but their "processing" takes up to 3 weeks andmany consumers cannot afford to wait. Fourthly, no one ever returns your call unless you want to cancel and then they FINALLY will call you and try many tactics to get you to stay with them.

I was even asked if I put a hold on my account when I demanded that I no longer wanted the insurance! You do not have to buy into all of their so called aggregate insurances, but they tell you it is all one package and you have to purchase them (That should have been my first red flag!). You can buy just what you need from your own insurance company that you may have thru your home/car owner's insurance company, ie: Farm Bureau). I needed something short term and this entire ordeal was a nightmare. You get multiple paperwork and cards and it is very confusing and I am pretty intelligient when it comes to reading about healthcare, unfortunately I made a very serious and poor choice thinking that this company would save me anything! They even cap the number of office visits you are allowed!

So, I implore to you dear consumer, BEWARE, this company is NOT for you. COBRA is so affordable now, you may want to explore this avenue. Save your money, time and sanity and stay away from this company. P.S. For all you IAB supporters, I am onto you and have my attorney involved. You screwed around with the wrong person! SHAME ON YOU!!!

cLICK mEMBERS and then click printable booklets
Download any of the books but for argument sake select Imed E it pays the most
Look at the Restrictions.. The restrictions are the same for all of the IAB/IMED products..............................................................

Go to this link and read..... I have explain this in more detail below all the managers were supenoed to court. Why? because they have UnLicensed Insurance agents pitching plans. The law clearly states that you must be licensed to even talk about a plan. You cannot discuss ANYTHING About insurance if you do not have a valid license.
But More importantly they LIE TO CUSTOMERS. THEY PROBALLY WOULDN'T BE IN SUCH A MESS IF THEY TOLD THE TRUTH. TIM CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS FEES, whO are called 'BENEFIT SPECIALIST' and these are sick people who really need HEALTH INSURANCE. NOT, INSURED BENEFITS.
