We have called and complained too many times to count. Most of the time they do not return the phone calls,we have to call over and over in one day before you get someone to talk to you. They have sent someone out different every time, and yet nothing has been repaired, not even one thing. Our house is four years old ,we have replaced all the breakers in the box,due to smoldering and almost catching on fire. The slab is cracked on all four corners of our house. The brick is cracking above the windows, sheetrock is cracked all the way across ceilings in Livingroom and bedroom.Outlets are still behind sheetrock in some rooms.Doors are not shutting ,they dont stay shut....Airflow from A/C DOESNT RUN  in full flow in two rooms,we have window units in those rooms, now.Had leak from cabinet mans mistake, they repaired the leak, but left the hole in sheetrock, coming back to fix, that was four years ago.Still waiting on the shutters to be hung up.

We have a similar experience with United-Bilt Homes.  The ARC Fault Circuit Interrupters have tripped 90+ times in less than 6 months.  We are told they are working as designed by United-Bilt Homes with the emphasis that they are safety devices and working as designed.  The 15 amp AFCIs trip even when there is less than 7 amps of total load on the circuit that is suppose to be rated for 15 amps.

We have videos documenting our experiences with United-Bilt Homes on Youtube.  Some even star employees and contractors of United-Bilt Homes.

The following link identifies various electrical code violations identified by the local electric coop while we working with United-Bilt Homes to resolve the nuisance tripping of the AFCIs:

United-Bilt Homes: Electric coop identifies multiple NEC / IRC code violations with wiring.

We have also had difficulties with United-Bilt Homes returning phone calls.  Even worse they were no call / no show on numerous occasions when they agreed to come onsite to address our concerns.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is actively investigating the electrical code violations.

I would strongly recommend watching the YouTube videos to avoid being ripped off by United-Bilt Homes.
