I have had so many problems and some have been taken care of. It took the State of Arkansas Attorney Generals Office to get them started. I have had several inspections done and there was so many violations to mention but I have proof of all. All you have to do Is get your home inspected by a licensed home inspector and you will not believe what he tells you.

I still have a few violations that are not taken care of and they lied to the Attorney General and told them that they was taken care of. The middle of the house is still settling at an alarming rate and will not stop. They did not build the home high enough to put the proper grade at 6 inches @ 10 foot. I would have to build a 3 foot retaining wall around half of the home. This was all discussed before the footing was poured. I was lied to about the contract.

NEVER TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!!

There are several seeking a class action suit because there is a very large pattern of behavior of the same problems. BBB, Attorney Generals Office, HBA and ALL Code inspectors.

We are seeking advertisements to find more people to stop this contractor from hurting more innocent people.

Per the Home Building Agreement:

Inspectors or Experts. If either you or United-Bilt hire any inspectors or experts to inspect the home, for whatever purpose, before, during or after construction, the person who hired the inspector or expert will pay and be solely responsible for such inspector's or expert's fees, and will not be entitled to reimbursement, under any circumstance, from the other party.

We have retained inspectors and construction experts.  It a long hard slog.  Just because you have an inspection report doesn't mean that United-Bilt homes will promptly act upon it.

We have had to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation regarding the electrical code violations.  The complaint is in their system, but is part of the backlog the state is working through.

As shown by the you tube video below we have been lied to as well:

Be sure and click the Show more dropdown to compare their response to the Better Business Bureau  with what their Regional construction manager said in the video.
