I was also ripped off by United Card Services. When I found out money was withdrawn from my account three days earlier than expected, I gave them a call (on Wednesday). I called the representative Trevor #(10) who said I could call him personally if I had problems. When

I called he forgot everything that he promised and did not want to speak to me. He was full of excuses and claimed a supervisor was not present but that I could call customer service for further assistance. He also told me he was getting ready to leave for the day, therefore he did not have time to discuss the situation with me! I called customer service and of course no one would answer the phone. I left several messages and my calls were not returned.

Finally, after I made several attempts to call the company,Daisy a customer service representative answered and acted concerned. She also claimed she spoke with a supervisor and my money would be deposited into my account. I have not received my money eventhough I was promised to receive the deposit by Friday of last week. I also called and left several more messages on Friday and did not receive a return call.

I want to say thank you to everyone who submitted information on the Rip-Off Report website. With all of your responses and with the help of the FTC, I finally received a refund. All I can say is STOMP LOUDLY do not TREAD SOFTLY!!!! I called the 800# everyday several times a day and left messages. I also wrote a letter which scared the pants off of the customer service representatives. Good luck to everyone else but do not let them get away with taking your money!!!!
